Daily Affirmations
Daily affirmations for me personally, start first thing in the morning and before I get out of bed. Just a series of positive reinforcements I run through in mind to help me start my day and end it on a positive note. For many people their daily affirmations are heard in the car on the way to work, or whilst sitting on the bus or the train and are for so many of us a kick -start to our day that helps us remain focused on those things in our lives that are important to us.
When saying or repeating your daily affirmations you need to trust that the universe hears and responds and in doing so every day your world will undoubtedly change.
Louise Hay is someone I greatly admire – I mean how many women could decide against all odds to defy the Doctors and conquer her cancel. Apart from other things Louise Hay set about the path of daily affirmations, writing down this affirmations that she needed to start and get through her day. She has 2 great resources for us to share and one written particularly for children which I highly recommend.
Some Great Daily Affirmation Resources I recommend:
Daily Affirmations by Louise Hay
Begin your day with an affirmation from Louise Hay. A great collection of affirmations you can use every day of the week. Who better to write this collection than a woman with such enviable grit and determination to overcome obstacles. Truly an inspiration and worth the money.
Think, I Am: Teaching Kids the Power of Affirmations by Louise Hay

Teach your children early on the powerful notion that they have control over their thoughts and words, and in what happens in their life. Again I just cannot recommend this resource enough – lets teach our children from an early age the power of affirmations and reinforcements of positive affirmations everyday!
