Food therapy. The slogan of naturopathy is that food is the cure. This means that much of the medicine is based on your diet. There are many different sicknesses that are treated with ingesting different natural herbs. It is also professed to maintain a certain diet to maintain optimal health.
Acupuncture. This has become a very popular form of naturopathy. This treatment deals with relieving stress from different points in the body.
So does it work? There are thousands of people who subscribe to the theories of alternate medicine, but there is only one way to find out for sure. If you want to see the effects of alternative medicine, you have to try it on yourself.
