Depression
Many people suffer from depression. It is a constant feeling of sadness that you can not seem to shake no matter what. There are many ways for you to get help. You can talk to a psychiatrist, a friend or family member, or you can take medication. One solution that many people are finding helpful is by getting online help. Depression is a symptom that can be very confusing. Sometimes all you need are a few answers.
Many people who suffer from depression might feel a feeling of solitude and isolation. They might be reluctant to reach out for help. That is why the internet is becoming a popular place for people to get online help. Depression centers are all over the internet that have information on the disease. There are also many depression chat rooms and online therapists that can help guide you threw your problem.
Talking to people online can be a tremendous gift for someone who is depressed. Depression gives a very lonely feeling, and it can be nice to reach out to someone, even if they are only on the internet.
There are also online tests that you can take that can help you to determine your severity of depression. You have to realize that the internet is a great place for you to get some information. It is also a great place for you to talk about your problems. But there is a chance that you need to get yourself more help. If that is true, you need to go and see a doctor.
There are many methods that people use to treat there depression. You can read about these methods and try to put them into practice. But don’t try to defeat this by yourself. You can get the information you need with online help. Depression, however, should not be taken lightly and might require you to get more help.

I hope information on my site does help in some small way. Without knowing your story I suppose its hard to know how you came to be in a place of depression. I dont know that I would agree that jealousy, co-dependency etc are character defects but possibly just learned behaviors which we all have as a result of our upbringing. Again I believe with work and guidance, these behaviors can be changed.

Well, I appreciate and respect that you are willing to use some of your time creating this website for all that need a push and some help. I recently just found out that I have severe depression, so I’m not exactly sure what to do about it. XP
Also, I’ve really been struggeling to overcome some character defects. Jealousy, CoDependency, Impatient, etc… it’s starting to get in the way of the relationship I have with my girlfriend as well. Would you perhaps have any tips for me? Thank you by the way. I really appreciate it. ^_^
