Success and inner peace – they go togehter!
Here are my top 10 tips to gain both at the same time.

Success and inner peace tend to go hand in hand but you may find one before you find the other. Many people struggle early on in life to obtain success in their careers but find that they are extremely taxed and turn to practices and techniques for inner peace as they grow older. Others may throw themselves into spiritual practices when they are young but find that they really need to concentrate more on money and success as they get older.

It doesn’t really matter which of these you choose to pursue in the beginning, you will eventually see the importance of both as you grow in wisdom and you will be interested in finding some tips or secrets that can help you to obtain them both. Here are ten top tips to help you find both success and inner peace in your life.

My Best Tip for Success is Here! Click Me!

· Choose your mate very carefully. This will be the person you are going to spend the rest of your life with! Falling in love is easy but staying in love is very hard. Make sure you are with the person you want to spend the rest of your life with before you go making a lot of promises you can’t keep.

· Choose a career or course of study that actually interests you instead of what you think you are “supposed” to be. You will find more happiness and energy to pursue something you really love in life rather than something you think you are “supposed” to do and this will eventually bring both success and inner peace together.

· Avoid negative people and people with emotional problems unless you plan to be a therapist or professional healer. More than likely, a person with emotional problems will hurt you before you are able to “help” them. Kindness and good can go a long way but take care of yourself first and foremost.

· Take up some hobbies or self-improvements early in life so that you will grow into a person with a wide range of talents and abilities as you get older. Widen your horizons and you will find that life will come much easier to you as you grow.

The Best Self Improvement starts Here!

· Depend on yourself before you depend on anyone else. You are the best person to trust of anyone you know and learning to depend on yourself will strengthen your character and assure you of having a great friend with you at all times!

· Find out what your weaknesses are and make an effort to overcome them. Everyone is born with some things that they aren’t so good at. Very few people are willing to admit this fact and try to do something about it. Facing your fears can make you a stronger person and someone who you can always depend on.

· Avoid getting stuck in a bad habit or even worse, an addictive personality. Putting your own spiritual growth at the center of your life will make it possible to avoid the pitfalls of drugs and alcohol and find inner peace much easier.

· Don’t expect yourself to be perfect. Mistakes and weaknesses are what makes you human and someone that people can love. If we all had this game figured out, we wouldn’t need each other and that would make for a very lonely time.

· Helping others is great but help yourself first. If you learn to help yourself without hurting others, you will become the person that others can look toward rather than the person that others take advantage of.

This is the Best Help you could Ever give yourself!

· Finally, exercise and meditation are two great ways to make good use of your spare time. With a healthy body and healthy mind, you will find success and inner peace right around the corner.

It makes sense doesn’t it? Use my top 10 tips and get inner peace and success all at once.

Are you at your business or work right now?
How’s your day going?

Some days a motivational quote can provide a quick pick-me-up for employees and even management. They can be a breath of fresh air when it comes to a drab afternoon.

These are also a great way to jazz up a newsletter or a memo or even to simply print and attach to a bulletin board. Using motivational quotes like these are perfect ways to create a motivated and successful work environment.

As Mr. Rick Pitino says “The only way to get people to like working hard is to motivate them. Today, people must understand why they’re working hard. Every individual in an organization is motivated by something different.” –Rick Pitino

Motivational Quotes:

1. Mahatma Gandhi: You must be the change what you wish to see in the world.

10. William Hazlitt: Who likes not his business, his business likes not him.

11. Denis Waitley: Winners take time to relish their work, knowing that scaling the mountain is what makes the view from the top so exhilarating.

12. Le Iacocca: Management is nothing more than motivating other people.

13. Dwight D.: Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it.

14. Drucker: The most serious mistakes are not being made as a result of wrong answers. The truly dangerous thing is asking the wrong question

15. Max Schmelling: Why did I want to win? Because I didn’t want to lose!

16. J. Paul Getty: To succeed in business, to reach the top, an individual must know all it is possible to know about that business.

17. Pierre Corneille: To win without risk is to triumph without glory.

18. Tony Dorsett: To succeed… You need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to inspire you.

19. James Broughton: The only limits are, as always, those of vision.

20. George Kneller: To think creatively, we must be able to look afresh at what we normally take for granted.

21. Peter McWilliams: To the degree we’re not living our dreams; our comfort zone has more control of us than we have over ourselves.

22. Johann Wolfgang Von Goeth: To think is easy. To act is difficult. To act as one thinks is the most difficult.

23. Tryon Edwards: To waken interest and kindle enthusiasm is the sure way to teach easily and successfully.

24. Spanish Proverb: Tomorrow is often the busiest day of the week.

25. Lyndon B. Johnson: The noblest search is the search for excellence

26. Charles M. Schwab: The man who does not work for the love of work but only for money is not likely to neither make money nor find much fun in life.

27. Chinese Proverb: The miracle is not to fly in the air, or to walk on the water; but to walk on the earth.

28. John Naisbitt: The new source of power is not money in the hands of a few, but information in the hands of many.

29. Henry Ford: The man who will use his skill and constructive imagination to see how much he can give for a dollar, instead of how little he can give for a dollar, is bound to succeed.

Many employers will add these motivational quotes inside the employees’ paycheck envelope. Sometimes it may be a motivational quote, other times a silly antidote. Include employee birthdays or other important events to help your employees feel a part of the team.

By showing your own motivation, others will suck it in and find it hard to be lack lustre in your presence!

So, come on – use my top motivational quotes to your advantage and have a great day!

Ok – so tell me – are you REALLY serious about your success?
How about that for a question! I’m sure your immediate answer is “Of course!” But many people who answer in this way simply aren’t really serious about achieving success. Let me explain.

If you are so serious about achieving success, that you just want the best success education ever – right now, get a free 14 day trial at Success University just click the link!

Recently, I had dinner with a really good mate. I hadn’t seen him for a while as he is currently training to be a commercial pilot. During dinner, we discussed the importance of having complete focus on achieving success.

In my own case, I wanted to run an Internet business and this meant removing all distractions so I could focus on learning the necessary skills and have the time to develop and run my business. The process has required me to invest lots of time, lots of hard work and sacrificing a lot of other activities in my life to concentrate fully on developing my websites.

For my friend, his determination to become a pilot has required an investment of around $100,000 to date. He gave up his job to pursue his dream and he also gave up his girlfriend. He has studied in 3 countries and has studied very hard, day and night, to attain the necessary skills and qualifications.

So we were chatting…. we discussed how many people say they want success but aren’t really serious about it. A case in point is a young man my friend encountered on a course in Oklahoma. He too was studying to become a pilot but was struggling to reach the required standard. Despite having the ability, the young man failed his tests twice and my friend highlighted the following reasons. As you read, see if any apply to you and your situation:-

1. Sold on romance: The thought of being a pilot with the prestige and respect that comes with it and of course, the good salary seemed very appealing. But it requires endless hours of hard work and continual development and this reality is far less appealing.

2. Heart isn’t in it. He left university and didn’t have a clear idea of what he wanted to do. His father had found a pilot’s course whilst surfing the Internet and mentioned it to his son. Thinking that becoming a pilot would make his family proud, he signed up. He isn’t doing it for himself.

3. Easily distracted. Instead of doing extra study after classes, the young man surfs the Internet. He’s a keen sports fan and spends hours on the web looking at sports sites. They are wasted hours, hours that won’t take him any nearer to becoming a pilot. This distracts him from the task at hand, as does:

Surf the net and make oodles!

4. The man’s father is paying for the course. He knows he can take as much time as he wants because his father will pay for the extra study and the retaking of exams. As he isn’t paying for his own studies – or for his own mistakes – he doesn’t have the focus and urgency that comes when you spend your own money. In other words, failing isn’t painful enough for him.

5. Inviting his girlfriend over every weekend. Instead of working, studying or flying at the weekends, he spends it instead with his girlfriend. They go shopping together, they watch movies together, they dine out and you can guess the rest! My friend tried to point out to him that he was wasting weekends he could use to get more hours in. He was met with the reply “Yes, but my girlfriend wouldn’t be happy about that, we have to see each other” Despite my friend saying they could spend lots of time together AFTER he’d qualified, the young man still invites his girlfriend for weekends – and has recently failed a third test.

If you are to start achieving success, the real success that you really want, it requires total focus. You must be prepared to give it your full attention and be 100% committed to your projects. It must become the number one priority in your life.

So, are you REALLY serious about YOUR success?
if you are then my best advice is to become a student at Success University I am and I love it!
Real success comes from studying it – dont think you have it all covered until you check out the Success University website
Until next time, have a great day – Kymmy :)

Success doesnt just happen – you need a plan.
Today I want to talk about activating your success blueprint – your success plan. Yes! you need a plan! Do you have one?
If not, it will be a long road to get to your goals.
Read on for some strategies!

One key in accomplishing any goal and activating your success blueprint is to keep your goal in mind, keep it in your minds eye. Listen to your hypnosis processes daily and find that upon awakening act as if you are guaranteed the result that you’re seeking.

And when you act out of character, in other words, when you demonstrating behaviors or attitude that are counter to accomplishing your goals. You will change that the next time you listen to your hypnosis process, you will make the necessary changes. So that moving forward you will think act and respond with the goal in mind.

Each time that you practice using your hypnosis process you are going to find that your inner ability to see, hear, and experience in your mind’s eye improving.

And just as you learned when you read through Awaken the Genius you found that perhaps you’re more visual learner, maybe you’re more auditory, or you’re more kinesthetic. What we are going to ask you do, is to become more of a full sensory learner. Someone who can use all there senses, magnetize in the world around you want you want as your goal. And then go after it an achieve it.

The next step is to think about what needs to take place, or what needs to change in your life so that you can have this goal you set for yourself today? Now matter what it is.

In other words, what are you going to have to give up that your holding onto dearly now?

Because if you weren’t holding onto something dearly that stopping you from accomplishing this goal, you wouldn’t even be listening to my voice right how, you’d be out there accomplishing your goal.

For instance, let’s use an example of bowling; If somebody is told a different way to release the ball or perhaps a different mark out in the bowling lane, which is what a professional bowler might do. They would roll that ball over that arrow and it would hook into the pocket and give them a potential for a strike, but if they are so locked into their old way of rolling the ball, or throwing the ball down the alley that are not able to change they can’t get out of their own way, in other words, they can’t accomplish their goal.

What changes need to take place for you accomplish this goal, so you can “Activate Your Success Blueprint?”

Next, I need you to find out what resources you have internally to accomplish your goal. During your hypnosis process take a mental inventory. This will help you discover what Skills, what Abilities, what Resources you have?

I’m going to ask you to release any preconceived ideas about how you might accomplish your goal and open your mind to the possibility that there is an even greater possibility out there for you.

My nanna always said…….”Kymmy – learn something new every day”
I find that if I can do that not only am I smarted, but also stay up on the game of life.

Not only do I learn everyday, but I also change my success blueprint to meet with my ever changing goals and dreams.
That way, not only do I have an ever evolving plan but I also have all the new resources I need when activating my success blueprint!

Ok….so you are working hard to advance your goals, but they are not being acheived fast enough for you.

Goal setting is of paramount importance when trying to achieve anything! Have you even set your goals?
Have you written them down?

Here are my top 3 tips to advance your goals faster!

1. Start Kickin’ butt – raise the bar!

Define greatness, challenge the limits, double the goal, or try something new…These are just some of the sentiments that put our plans into action and move us towards revolutionary results. Look around and witness the very essence of commonplace activities being tested and re-imagined. Such as schools re-defining Physical Education by bringing in activities ranging from kickboxing to more esoteric offerings like tai chi and yoga.

With the introduction of Blogs, an international conversation is in full swing with millions of links and a central clearing house inspired by immediacy, intrigue and tension. Raising the bar on a project can simply mean taking one extra step, having an allegiance to a weird idea, or devoting to a regular practice.

Commit to a goal in a meaningful way, personalize it & make it your own, and then watch an otherwise sleepy project wake up and give way to a new found energy, creativity and distinction . Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

I learned about goal setting here!

– raise your standards, values or beliefs
– double the goal
– make it a game
– challenge the limits
– create a regular practice

2. Show me the money!….umm I meant show me the shortcut!

Sometimes a goal deserves a break. TIME MAGAZINE reported that after 8 hours of sleep you’d be more than twice as likely to find a shortcut for solving a problem. Suggesting that taking it easy is good for the brain, and what’s good for the brain is good for the overall psyche and soul. Are you doing too much, not getting nourished and being exhausted? Well perhaps its time to consider another path.

Don’t re-invent the wheel. Pick up a book written by an expert, join a group that’s geared around your project, sign up for an informational newsletter , or ask someone to buddy up & help.

For instance, if I was writing a screen-play and struggling with a self imposed deadline, I could simplify my project just by signing up for a writing class. What, with weekly writing tasks & in-class exercises this alone would expedite the development of my script.

Another over looked short cut is to consider smaller steps. The smaller the increments the easier the goal. Eat an elephant one bite at a time! Go the path of least resistance, it’s a gift of energy.

Give your energy where it is best utilized – to yourself!

– slow down or change the pace
– don’t reinvent the wheel-find someone who’s done it before
– write everything down–loose ideas vs. lost ideas
– the smaller the increments the easier the goal
– keep to minimum daily standards

3. Focus on your End Success!

Beginning with the end in mind is the endowment of imagination . If you are the programmer, write the program! Goals help us to focus, and the quality of our attention is enhanced by having a project so cool and interesting that we can’t help but make a leap.

Let’s say, you want to organize your workspace so that everyone is inspired to do their best work. The in-between steps: like ergonomic concerns & planning comfortable lighting, can seem mundane, but joined together they name a bigger accomplishment and by doing so, asks us to spice up our expectations and upgrade who we are. Focus on success and keep in mind how you want your goals to end up – soon enough you will be successful!
– give your project a title
– name the accomplishment
– how would you like things to end up
– identify upbeat reasons for pursuing the goal (your Why)
– what needs to be done by when

If you really want to advance your goals and get ahead of the game and your own expectations – there are always plenty of ways to go about it!
