		<description>I am very hungry after dinner it could be raw or 1 hour later I must have something sweet I do atkins diet bars sometimes I eat 2.  I am type 2 diabetic and instead of losing I am gaining weight I check the scale same time every morning. 
my glucose is fair but better I weight way to much and I really need to lose .. If I eat pratically noting I can accomplish some weight loss, but other wise no.</description>

		<description>Kymmy, great stuff!  You are so right.  Eat load of cruciferous vegetables.  They will fill you up and feed your brain glucose slowly.  Aside from that they are loaded with phytonutrients.  One of natures perfect foods!</description>
