Hello – my name is Kym Link and I  would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and say thank you for visiting my new self development site!

My aim with this new site is to bring my experience and passion for personal development to you in a personal and friendly way.

I have become very passionate about personal development over the years – more out of neccessity to survive, rather than initial interest.  I have had to develop myself and my attitudes to cope with some devestating life experiences.

At the end of the day – I am happy and successful and believe that with help, guidance and sincere care and support, anybody can overcome anything!

My aim is to publish authorative and targeted information to help deal with the many issues that we all face in life.  I will write articles on many topics and would be delighted to hear from you if you have any feedback or would like me to research and write about a topic close to you!

I am a firm believer in consistent positive action to make our lives better.  But I also know this is easier said than done!

I want to take you by the hand and help you navigate the road to personal freedom and happiness through proven personal development strategies and self help techniques.
