There is much to learn on the subject of stress and how to treat it. It is extremely detrimental to our health as well as our mind and we need to learn guided relaxation techniques to combat it.     Maryann,

    Thanks for sharing this. I have just returned to using meditation again after overcoming one or two challenges in my life. However, I’m back and pleased about it too.

    The guided mediation is something that doesn’t fit easy with me, not sure why but it doesn’t. My expereinces of guided meditation have been in group sessions with the leader/organiser guiding the meditation. What doesn’t help is my hearing is the best in the world; many times I spend the meditation doing my own thing.
